James J. Hill visits Vancouver

Can you guess where in Vancouver this photo was taken? John P. Kiggins, in center of backseat, was in his first stint as Vancouver Mayor when James J. Hill, with beard, visited town in October of 1911. Hill was known as the Empire Builder because his great Northern Railway opened the Northwest to Midwest markets.
