Historic Downtown Vancouver

Vancouver probably about the time of World War I. Probably shot from the Ford Bldg., which is now called the Heritage Bldg. 5th Street is first crossing street. Royal Restaurant, 504 Main St., is visible. (F.H. Fox operated this, according to 1918-19 directory) (at site of Evergreen Hotel) Writing on the back of the photo says, “Business section and Pacific Highway, Interstate Bridge.”
